Description

RUI-HE LSR 6150-50 is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisting of part A and part B. Liquid Silicone Rubber possesses natural transparency, this attribute makes it possible to produce, colorful, custom, molded products. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1 : 1 ratio by weight. LSR are platinum cured(vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

FAQ

Q: Why is the silicon mold oily?

A: The molding silicone rubber itself doesn’t contain any oil, so it won’t be oily. If the mold is oily, it may be because of two reasons:

1. You add the compound silicone oil (the compound of silicon oil and white oil). The white oil is not silicon oil but a kind of petrochemicals.

2. Your supplier adds to much silicone oil when they producing silicone rubber or reducing the hardness of silicone rubber.
